FAQ
PRE-ORDER Orders:
PRE-ORDER ITEMS THAT ARE ALREADY RELEASED WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL UP TO ONE MONTH AFTER SALE. THIS MAY CAUSE SOME DELAY.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS THAT ARE NOT YET RELEASED WILL NOT SHIP UNTIL UP TO ONE MONTH AFTER RELEASE. THIS MAY CAUSE SOME DELAY.
You may contact us at any time if you have a request to order a particular item. If we notify you that we can obtain that item you may PRE-ORDER that item.
If the purchased item becomes unavailable for any reason we will refund you the total amount of the sale.
An order for a reserved item cannot be canceled once it has been PRE-ORDERED and we have ordered the item from other sources. If you wish to cancel the item before we have ordered from other sources, we will refund the order total minus any applicable fees.
PRE-ORDER Items:
If a buyer purchases items with the PRE-ORDER tag, those items will not be shipped immediately. See the item description for details.
If a buyer purchases an item with a PRE-ORDER tag and an item without that tag, the order will not ship until all items are in stock. It is suggested that buyers make two orders.
Conventions:
We have a booth at Anime Expo every year, we will post our booth number on the front page when it becomes known.
We periodically attend events in Japan, which we will post on the front page. If you have a request for a specific item please contact us and see the FAQ for Reservation Orders above.
Canceled Order Processing Fees:
If a buyer wishes to cancel an order after payment has been processed, the buyer will be responsible for any applicable fees (such as paypal or credit card processing fees).
If an order is canceled for failure of the postal service to deliver an order, you will be refunded the cost of your order minus postal fees and any other applicable fees after the package is returned to us. (This is mainly relevant for if the post office cannot successfully deliver the package, so always double check your shipping address)
Orders Missing An Item:
If an item is not available to complete an order, buyer will be contacted to resolve the order.
If the order cannot be resolved due to buyers absence, the order will be completed with available items, and the missing items will be refunded.
For International Customers:
Please be advised of your countries duties and customs fees. You will be required to pay for any such fees. We ship from the United States.
